If you are a covered entity as defined by HIPAA, you may be required to have a Business Associate Amendment with NDCHealth Corporation. Please take a moment to complete and accept one of the Business Associate Amendments below. These Agreements include provisions for the Security Rule that has a compliance date of April 21, 2005.
There are three simple steps.
- Submit your organization information;
- Affirm authorization to complete and accept the agreement; and
- Read and accept the agreement.
A copy of the accepted Agreement will be delivered to your organization via the email address provided in Step 1.
